She hit all my checkpoints and her works looks great.  She is quick to respond to any questions I has and was very accommodating when it came to scheduling appointments.  She makes sure to send you information on what to do and not do before your session. You feel confident and prepared before going in. She is very attentive, answered all the questions I had and made me feel at ease about the procedure. Rachel is very thorough, explains everything that she's going to do and makes sure to ask for any input you have with the shaping of your eyebrows. Her place is very clean and she makes you feel comfortable. She is the sweetest and treats you like a friend. She is definitely someone I trust with my eyebrows 100%.
